Embrace 2024 with A Grateful Start & Purposeful Goals for January

Hey everyone! Has the start of a new year ever made you feel excited? Like pressing the "reset" button, you have a chance to start over with new goals and make this a great year. I'm excited to give you these 25 goals that you can start in January. Have a wonderful and prosperous New Year!

Here's a list of 25 simple yet effective goals for January


  1. Drink an extra glass of water every morning.

  2. Take a 10-minute walk daily.

  3. Write down three things you're grateful for each day.

  4. Practice deep breathing exercises before bed.

  5. Try a new healthy recipe once a week.

  6. Spend 15 minutes decluttering a specific area of your home each day.

  7. Read for pleasure for at least 15 minutes daily.

  8. Stretch for 5 minutes in the morning to wake up your body.

  9. Turn off screens an hour before bedtime.

  10. Do a random act of kindness once a week.

  11. Keep a daily journal of your thoughts and experiences.

  12. Set aside 10 minutes each day to learn something new.

  13. Practice mindfulness for 5 minutes during your lunch break.

  14. Do a quick body scan meditation before starting work.

  15. Reach out to a friend or family member you haven't spoken to in a while.

  16. Try a new hobby or activity.

  17. Replace one unhealthy snack each day with a healthier option.

  18. Listen to a motivational podcast or TED Talk weekly.

  19. Take 2 minutes in the morning to visualize a positive day.

  20. Practice gratitude by writing thank-you notes or messages.

  21. Create a bedtime routine to improve sleep quality.

  22. Set a specific time to unplug from technology each day.
